Payouts are processed bi-weekly (every 15 days). You can view your payout schedule in the Finance & Payouts section.

You can view and respond to customer reviews in the Reviews & Ratings section. For order-specific issues, please contact our support team.

The platform commission is 10% of each order. This covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support.
